Q&A about your Account
In your user account, under “My Account”, you have the possibility to change your name, your e-mail address or your password. You can also store your telephone number in order to facilitate communication between you and our service staff in complex situations.
After making any adjustment, click the “Save” button to confirm your changes.
To delete or disable your account, please contact us.
See “My Orders” in your user account for an overview of your recent orders. Here you can check the status of your order at any time. By clicking “View Order” you will get a detailed description of the individual orders.
You can unsubscribe by clicking the link in the newsletter. You can also contact us.
Important: Please do not use the SPAM-Button of your e-mail system, since it can no longer guarantee the correct delivery of other e-mails from Mountain Grades (eg order confirmation).
To use the full range of MountainGrades.com you must log in. Just enter your e-mail address and password on the login page. If you have forgotten your password, you will find the function “Forgotten password?” In the registration area. Here you can request a new password. Please note that delivery may take up to 10 minutes, depending on your e-mail provider.
